I am just finishing up my RV-12 tail section. Parts coming back from paint shop tomorrow for final assembly. My only snag is crimping the tiny pins (5) on the ends of the fine wires of the pitch servo for insertion into the plug. The work is so small it is beyond the purview of anyone I can locate locally. One electronics tech offered to solder them, but the preferred technique for aircraft is definitely crimping; can anyone offer a suggestion? My wings/fuselage are about a week from delivery, and I was hoping to have the empennage complete & waiting in the hangar by then....

Thanks,

Jim

You can buy the crimper and pins from Stein. They turn out to be VERY handy to have when it comes time for panel and avionics stuff.
