I'm New Here
Greetings,
Just got back from Sun N Fun where I inspected a RV-12 in person, and it is now the Airplane of the Day. As I analyze each kit plane I always come back to how I could shoot photos out of it without either removing the door or shooting through plexiglass? Does anyone have a solution to a possible photo window for the RV-12? Another question is: Would I be able to make this modification if I built it in the E-LSA category?
Thanks much, Skot

I too do some "picture taking" from the air. It would be nice to be able to come up with something that would work. You could cut a hole in the side of the canopy, and use a "snap vent". They are easily removed before flight and offer a nice " port hole" to shoot through. I have added these to several aircraft and they work great for extra cooling air also.

This this certainly must be done after E-LSA certification.
