The following parts do not fit into one another and would like to know if you encountered this and best way to go about it?

1. AN490HT11P-SDM (threaded rod ends) into AT6-058-3/4, to make F-840 Push rod assembly.

2. AN4-25 bolt into Bronze bushings for Control Stick to WD-807 attachment.

Mike, Yes they don't!

You will need to cut the head off a 3/8" bolt, thread it into the push rod end and chuck it into your drill press. Sand the rotating part down until it fits into the tube.

I am not sure about the other part as I am working on a -7.

reamer

use a 1/4 inch reamer in the bronze bushing and the bolt will fit. Don't forget to add a little bearing grease or such on the final assembly.
