I often find myself making simple parts like this. No precision, no measuring, just a tool and an eyeball the same as you would do with any other hand tool. This IS a hand tool, the only automation here is a simple power feed. So, I just clamp it down to a 2x4 (amazing how much lumber is necessary to build a metal airplane isn't it), simple alignment by eye, fire up the machine, bring the tool to the line and let it rip. Easy cheesy, with very little effort. Perfectly square every time 
. The corners are cut with a hole saw turning very slow at only a couple hundred rpm, like butter. Heck, I didn't even have to do the tool setup. The end mill was already in the machine from a project that a friend was working on for an RV10 panel the other day.
