Well, I had a little extra avgas at the hangar so I thought I would bring it home with me today. So I filled the tanks about a quarter of the way up. I was too chicken to fill them all the way up. I didn't have enough gas to fill them both up even if I wanted. Its probably best, I thought my stands were too flimsy anyway. I figure at least I'll check the forward most rivets with fuel, then I'll do the air pressure test next. I know it doesn't really do any good to use avgas to only check a portion of the rivets, but what the heck.
