Any of the "high end" paint brands should offer a "flattener" to add to the normal paint. The flattener will have mixing instructions on the can as to the degree of flatness desired.
 
You could also use any paint that is durable (flat, gloss, etc.). When dry, apply a clear flat. My plan is to make labels on what scale-modelers call "water-slide" film, apply them to the painted panel, then seal with a clear flat for protection. Cheaper than silk-screen. (This is only theory on how durable the set-up will be, though.)
