Hello,

Hope to have a beautiful RV-9A back to the Washington DC area in a week or so. Does anyone have a recommendation for a paint shop? Heard there is one in Hagerstown MD and am checking on it. Would like to use GLO Custom near DFW; however, I hear they have a long waiting list, but still checking.

Tracey Potter at Hagerstown Aircraft Services has a nice facility.

There is a place on the eastern shore in Maryland someplace that did a nice job on a friend's Cherokee. Can't remember the name.

Tim,

I have an RV-8 based at Warrenton. I did a lot of research on paint shops and decided on Prestige Paint in Swanton, Vermont. They did a great two stage job for a reasonable price. I'd be more than happy to show you the quality of their work if you'd like.
