My last RV was painted with waterborne urethane. I never gave a thought about canopy acrylic tolerance for chemistry.
This project is using 2K urethane with solvent based reducers. There will be a very small paint footprint beyond the epoxy glass canopy skirt interface with the acrylic canopy.
Is there a problem I should know and avoid ???

I work at a glider repair company, we paint the edges of the canopy with 2K acrylic urethane (car) paint without a second thought.

Painted mine with no issues at all. Canopy and back window both have some painted areas. 2K urethane

Painted the top of my RV-6 canopy with JetGlo in 1993.

When I sold it, over 25 years later, it still looked great!

Interesting thing; I tried every kind of primer I could think of including wash primer, fiberglas primer, urethane sealer, etc. Pretty much everything just peeled off.

Finally shot the plexiglass directly with JetGlo final color alone and it stuck beautifully.
