Is it just me, or are the MS35206-248 screws really, REALLY hard to get into the MS21042-08 lock nuts ? I'm having to order a new batch after rounding out 4 of the 6 trying to get them through the nuts.

Any hints??

Dave - I remember those going together really hard. When you do get them in, make sure they are real tight too. I didn't have mine tight enough and when I screwed the nuts on later to hold the nylon blocks the screws turned in the nuts and I had to start all over. One thing I did to solve the rounding out of screws problem was to buy a good quality rachet screwdriver with replaceable bits, and a supply of very hard, quality bits so they stay sharp.

Tough Nuts!

Those screws were a pain for me to. Put the Nut in a vice and run the screw in and out several times using an electric screw driver with a new tip, use some oil on the screw if necessary. Then Install!

I just remembered after I had to tighten those darn screws the second time I used some Loctite to make sure they stayed put.
