Assembling left wing now on page 17-02 . Purchased Service Bulletin 14-11-03 effective date December 31, 2014. "Affects all wing kits shipped before Dec 24, 2014" Two doublers, rivets and instructions in the 'bag'.
Question; Was there a plan change for wing kits shipped after Dec 25, 2014?
What changed
I Cannot locate this page on Vans site. I would like a copy of the revised page 17-02 from a later wing kit.
Do all the later kits include the SB doublers?

I believe that there was no drawing revision released only the detail that is included in the service bulletin of How to install the doublers. I installed mine after I had completed one wing and had just gotten to that area on the second one when the bulletin and parts came out. I agree it would be interesting to see what drawing looks like now or whether they just include the doubler kit and instructions as part of the wing package

It means any wing kit shipped after that date has the parts and update to plans, to cover the S.B.

So, yes, any kit delivered after that date would have contained the doublers.
