If you have the old tail cone kit and want to drill the Skyview ADAHRS bracket holes you will need the Template F-000011
The five middle holes of the template fit over where the LP4-3 rivets would go and you will need to drill out two sets of 4 holes #30 about 4 1/4 inches apart centering the aft hole between the 3rd and 4th aft stiffener rivets as depicted on fig 1 of the 10-18-11 updated plans. This places the aft ADAHRS bracket hole about 5 1/4 inches forward of the F1208 frame rivet line. The instructions on riveting the ADHARS bracket are minimal, but the flanges appear to point outward and the larger bracket end appears to go forward to level the mounting surface.
