FYI - the P-mags have A built-in rev limiter that shuts off the ignition when the limit is hit.

Those of you with CS props might want to look into this. In the even of a prop governor failure, it could save you from an overhaul.

I am not 100% sure what the default limit is but I think is is just north of 3300 RPM.

When it kicks in it stops firing the plugs, which loads the exhaust with unburned fuel, and when the RPM drops below the threshold the ignition will fire again, also burning the fuel in the exhaust with a BANG.

You can adjust this limit with Emag's EICAD program or our EICommander .
