Well it took four weekends to complete, but here it is;

Thanks to:

Jason at Aerotronics Inc. for building the patch panels, wiring and testing all the new equipment. Jason your wiring and patch cables plugged right into our orginal wiring.

Alex at Aviation Tech Products for getting our trutrak autopilot upgrade turned around so quickly.

Dan at Dynon for helping with our upgrade to the D10A and our questions.

The guys at Stein Air for the misc parts and answering our questions.

If havn't updated my web site yet ... forgot the camera on saturday and sunday, so I ran over to the hanger tonight to grab these pictures.

What did we do?

Upgraded our Dynon D10 to D10A with heated AOA
Upgraded our Trutrak autopilot to Digiflight IIVSGV
Added the GRT HX with XM weather, we mounted our EIS under the panel
Added a Garmin 430W
Added a Garmin audio panel


I do a better write up later in the week, when work slows down.

So the 8.4s are going out. I want mine I was wondering how it would fit on a 7 panel. looks like I won't have a problem. Thanks for the pictures.

I could be wrong, but I don't think so....the standard GRT Bezel is about 7 inches wide, and the Garmin 430 is a shade over 6 inches....those pictures look to be about those proportions to me.

I dont think so, as the hole was made for the standard HS and the HX unit dropped right in.
