For those in the know. I have a set of the Creativair led nav lights I need to put together. I don't have much experience with soldering so would it be possible for someone at the workshop give me some guidence on how to solder so I can get these lights together if I take the parts with me to Oshkosh this year? I understand you got to be gentle and quick when trying to solder resistors. I'll be up there on Monday and Tuesday.

Surely someone must have some experience soldering

Some of you guys must know something about what goes on in the workshops. Just looking for some guidence while I'm on site.

Look for a Ham

If you don't want to be held up till you get of Oshkosh, just find a Ham radio
dude in your area. They are the experts at soldering and electronic stuff. If you don't know where to find one, call up the closest National Weather Service office and ask them. They work together often for storm spotting etc. Also local disaster response teams know them. They have field day coming up on the weekend of the 27th which is a very public event where they try to get some publicity so there is a good chance to find one then.
