UnPossible

Hey - got some help last weekend I am finally making progress getting my canopy fit to the frame. I'm about ready to start attaching the rear window (tip-up). In the manual they mention that you can either drill the holes in the frame, then drill holes through the canopy to match, or drill the holes in the canopy just enough to mark the frame, remove the canopy, then drill the frame.

In your experience, is one method better (and/or less likely to crack the canopy) than the other?

Thanks,
Jason

drilling

Doing mine as we speak im drilling through both with #30 and enlarging plex with unibit then drilling frame larger good luck

Frame

I drilled the frame first and found it very easy to then drill through the plex to the pre-drilled hole in the frame. I did use plexi bits to drill the canopy.
