Laura got her first ride in an RV today! I think the grin says it all :)

The Osh weather was a bit unkind this afternoon, but we're having a blast meeting fellow RVers and seeing all of the latest in airplane goodies and gadgetries.

Cool

I completed operation Wifey before I was given permission to build the 7a. We went to the factory for the demo flight and I told Gus..Hey, your taking HER..I already know what they fly like. I'm not the one needing convincing here..:)

Marci did not like the idea of a taildragger (ground vis) but loved the 7a.

Her mission profile was to get from Western oregon to Fort Collins colrado to see her Mum.

We have made that trip every year since finishing the airplane.

Big question, did she like it? I went down to Vans 2 years 10 months ago. I flew in the 7A for the first time, than I made Bruce take the wife up. A short flight, but that's all it took. I ordered and started building. Now it's flying and Cheryl loves it. I made the first flight May25 this year and it just went over 100hrs. My wife loves the coast, but it has been very hard to make it there, 10hrs driving. Not only that the casino's make it hard to drive to the coast. This weekend we are flying to Newport with a stop at twin oaks for the breakfast. In the RV this will be a short flight. Gonna be fun.
