Just in case anyone is inclined to get down in the grass, crawl under my plane, and see if I go to the trouble of polishing the underside, let me save you the trouble.

Wow - that is dedication. I just finished my annual wax job - do it before OSH each year. Miserable in SE Georgia even at 7 in the morning (note to self - do this in the winter:D ). I can't imagine unpainted and polishing the belly - looks great!

Well I do have to cop to the fact I haven't done under the wings since early spring and we flew through a lot of rain coming back from Cleveland last week (which fulfilled one of my big bucket list items). And to be honest: I only polish to Grade C and a cyclo underneath. And polished aluminum always looks better in pictures than in real life.

So I'll be putting the yellow crime scene tape around the plane, I guess. :D

Also, the above section of the belly will be covered with oil by the time I get over there on Tuesday.
