Hi Folks,

I have the following question for you engines guru:D

My engine has almost reach 40 hours, I have been flying from 65% to 75% most of the time, 100°F ROP.

I have no oil consuption at all if I leave 7/8 on the sump, if I fill to 8/8 I lost that quart inmediatly.

Yesterday I made diferential pressure test front cylinders 80/77 and rear 80/78

May I assume that the brake-in is finished and change to Aeroshell 15W-50 (better oil for winter I guess) and also Do I have to still fly over 65% to prevent cylinder glassing or that was enought.

Waiting for you answers;)

Fernando, I would say that you are good to go. I fill to 7/8 also for the same reason. Go have fun!!!

Now the fun begins!

I agree...7 qts...it'll spit out the 8th qt:) Only put in 8 IF you change the filter.

Great compressions...now you can run any % of power you want.

Best,
