I will defend the -4 as being comfortable to fly for a 'normal' sized person, but I will admit to having found getting the paperwork organised a little challenging in view of its svelte design!

With a longer, several day trip coming up, crossing 4 national boundaries on 1 leg, I decided to do something about it. This handy little pocket on top of what is the battery compartment in the plans, and for me is forward cargo, has worked well. Just a simple idea but worth considering particularly if you are still building.

Steve, this problem has hampered me before. Maps, charts, losing pages, and such. What if you took a cheap plastic file or envelope organizer like you would find at Wal-Mart, and velcroed it to the top of the battery cover. I'm gonna try that. Thanks for the idea.
