I actually think this is amazingly on topic if you watch all the way through - it is amazing what you can do to repair a metal aircraft when you need to - and amazing how "imprecise" it can be and still fly.

Not suggesting that people actually build their RV's this way:rolleyes:....but it does give you an idea what kind of margin you might have!

WOW, great video. I'm still dreaming of one day flying up to AK from the lower 48. It has been common for new builders to wonder if their workmanship on an RV is good enough. This should put it into perspective. Yes you can have a few less than optimum rivets and it will still fly great.:D
