I have uploaded simulator/screen designer and binary for Odyssey Beta version 0.1.0.9. Main additions include support for velocity vector and a number of other items.

Enigma Beta version 0.2.0.3 is uploaded, both simulator/screen designer and for the first time, the binary.

Enigma has changed to the new Navidata navigation database format created by Enigma Flight Planner, PocketFMS subscription service and Jeppesen Navdata (soon).

Odyssey is still on the old navigation database system and is scheduled to change to Navidata before end of February at which time another update will be posted.

Enigma updaters: Please note that if you install the binary over an existing 1.0.0.8 or prior installation, files Waypoints.ewd, Airports.ewd and Airspace.evd will be deleted if they are found on the internal flash drive. Please change to the new single file Navidata format. This can easily be created by exporting your navigation database from Enigma FlightPlanner version 1.0.0.9 or higher using the new Navidata export function.
You can operate the Navidata file either by placing it on your SD card or installing it into the internal Flash drive if space permits. You can also create a large database to keep on your SD card and a smaller database for internal installation. If Enigma finds a Navidata file on the SD card, it will use this instead of the internal database.

This update is the largest single update so far released for Enigma and it brings Enigma very close to the functionality of Odyssey. Only the ARINC and analog nav input related functions are omitted as Enigma does not have these interfaces.

Both updates are BETA status and the instrument will warn you on startup that the instrument is not to be used for primary flight and navigation.

Beta status for Odyssey is scheduled to end at the end of March. Beta status for this Enigma update is expected to last for about two weeks before it will be changed to standard release version 1.1.0.0

New Odyssey user manual uploaded -this should now also be used as reference for Enigma due to the high degree of similarity between the two systems - old Enigma manual will be removed.

Updates can be downloaded at www.MGLAvionics.co.za on Enigma Beta page and Odyssey page.
