If possible, move the OAT probe outboard of all of the prop blast. Getting it out in free air, under the wing, will keep it more accurate. A good place is next to a wing inspection panel on the wing bottom, at least 3' outboard of the wing root.
For example if you are installing Dynon with an ADHRS sitting in the tailcone behind the the luggage bulkhead, the best position is directly under the HS on the tailcone.
