Can one of the mathematical geniuses out there show me the equation used to plot the graph Van’s published for the RV-7A Weight on ‘Nose Wheel vs Gross Weight and CG Location’? I’m struggling to figure out how the CG trend line is being calculated.

Every So Often

This question comes up every so often. As mentioned in other places, make sure you account for takeoff, and after burning fuel in flight, landing CG. Several people have made spreadsheets for running the numbers also.
