Gents,

I have been inspecting my RV-7A nose wheel during the early testing flights and noticed grease being slung (no better term) from the wheel bearing.

The other side doesn't show any signs of this. Any thoughts? Is this normal?

I don't know if it's "normal" or not, but mine is doing the same thing, on the starboard side only. I have the Matco axle installed.

The felt seals are suppose to keep this from happening. I would check them first and make sure you did not use to much grease when you packed the bearings.
