What are the experiences with the RV-12 nose gear, with respect to "noddingf" to and fro?? Are they doing that like the "A" models??

The nose of the RV-12 is fairly light weight. I think that will make the nose leg far less of an issue as compared to heavier models. If it gets dropped into a deep fox hole, as example, I'm sure it will be an issue, as would any tricycle gear. I have landed on turf fairly often, and I worry less about it. Still need to avoid holes, and hold it off as long as you can.

Comparisons to the few A model big RV iron in my locale, the 12 nose gear is way stronger. The tube is larger material and a more hefty leg than the big ol 360's are bouncing around on. I think Vans expected some ham fisted pilots were going to get ahold of them. Just notice the next A model you see and make a comparison.,
