I'm in Dallas, TX all this week, all of next week, and again in four weeks.

This not building thing is killing me!

Maybe I should have packed some parts in my suitcase!

I spent 6 months a year on the road traveling during the two years that I spent building my 9. I could do 4 four weeks standing on my head.

Oh yea, I did take a total of 6 months off during those two years to actually build the plane. Having a suga-mama is great. :D

I know the feeling! I travel almost every single week for business, with my territory covering every state West of the Mississippi, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam. Last year I finally tracked my travel, and I was gone 40-weeks out of 52! It drives me nuts sitting in a hotel room when I know I could working on the plane @ home!

hmmm..

I know of an RV9A under construction at Dallas Executive (Redbird) and he travels to Austin during the week for work.

Maybe you could work on HIS plane while you're in Dallas, and you could find someone who travels to your hometown to work on YOURS while you're away! :D

Would that be your RV-9A?

Just wondering...

Actually, I was trying to talk my wife into doing some work. She has the skills, just not the confidence.
