This looks like it may make a great backup for the all glass panels or a nice 'drop-in' upgrade for many steam gauge panels (like my own).

Nice! I am salivating for years looking at these guys' product. Started when they still were eclipseque. Attended their forum at Hicks in 2012. Always stopped by their booth at any major events. They just got it right from the first time and now the price is getting competitive. Very nice unit thanks Walt for good news. :)

That's looks awesome, and at a really good price point for store-bought aircraft.

I note, however, that the position and altitude depicted on the display would put the aircraft pretty far underground. Look at the LOC-DME approach into runway 15 at KASE ;p

True, but actual installation costs for a drop-in unit versus having to redo your hole panel for a glass upgrade may not be that different. Lots of folks pay to have the work done one way or the other, this is just another option.
