I'm New Here
Greetings to all. New here. Live in Newport Oregon and want to build a 12. Have been to Aurora 3 times and have flown the 10,9 and 12. Wow what a plane. I loved that 12. Does anyone live anywhere near ONP that I can call on from time to time. I have been to the independence chapter a few times, just wish there were one around here.

There have been several RV-12's built here at Independence. There are at least 3, including mine, under construction. Being my first build I am far from an authority but PM me any time you want to exchange phone numbers and talk.. This EAA chapter members have a lot of building experience. Many are repeat offenders. That, combined with this forum and Van's tech assistance will help make your build pleasurable even if, like me, you have no experience building.

Even something simple like advice from an experienced builder on how to set up your work area can make a huge difference in your build.
