Just wondering if the Garmin experts could chime in here. Got a service bulletin about the latest GTN software upgrade. Went on the web site but could not locate a way to download it.

For the experts, any news on it being available to the EAB world like 6.11 was?

Maybe my question would be best posted in this thread...


The new Service Document indicates..."Following the software update, it will be required to update the Navigation
database."

How does an owner go about performing this update if they do not have a current Nav Database subscription through Garmin/Jepp? Seems like we shouldn't have to buy a one-time update just to update our main s/w version...
