Has anyone installed the newer style gear leg fairings to an old short gear -4? The template I received on DWG C3 (which seems to be the most current) gives dimensions for every RV iteration except the old short gear -4.

There's about a 3 inch difference.

My simple mind says interpolate and cut away from the top/longer chord area to achieve correct length.

One piece glass fairings on a short leg -4

I did it in conjunction with new intersection fairings. Cut away!
