Hello,
First flight today with my new 3 blade catto cruise 66 x 77 prop, RV6A o-360 engine. I turn about 2230 static rpm and similar numbers while on the take off roll. As soon as i lift off the ground the rpm drops by about 100rpm. My previous prop did not do this so is this normal? i did several takeoffs and landings and it happened each time. Below is my savvy data log, you can see the drop of about 100 rpm right at rotation. Thoughts?
