I apologize that this question doesn't really fit in this forum, but it's somewhat related to a hangar and apartment that I had previously listed for sale. Appraisers typically need a comparable sale in order to appraise a piece of property. Since there aren't a lot of properties "comparable" to ours, I'm looking for help in identifying any hangars with apartments that have sold. You'll want to be sure the hangars/apartments are comparable. Location, age, quality, etc. are big factors.
