I am replacing the wing that got bent with new -6 wing and I really need the Drawing DWG-16 which seems to be the only drawing missing to get the Aileron Henge Brackets installed! Dose any body have, and if so can you E-Mail to me?

You can download all the drawings for your airplane from Van's. You need to set up an account with your RV's builder/serial number and then you can access ALL the drawings, plus all the service bulletins pertaining to your airplane.
