Looking for recommendations regarding airports, FBOs, etc to fly into in Naples, FL area for long weekend 8/16-8/19/19 Visiting a lady friend and wondering about RV and pocketbook friendly accommodations. What airport and/or FBOs are cost effective (as in cheap)?

KAPF is my normal stopping point on the way to Key West so I can fill up on reasonably priced 100LL and not have to pay outrageous prices in the keys. I have never stayed overnight, but Naples Aviation's prices and service have always been very good, even when I'm the little guy among gulfstreams and citations.

Great airport! Great service!

Currently $4.16 per gallon for AvGas.

Over night fees are a little high at $20 per night.

A few good cheap places to eat:
Mel's Diner (50's style diner, good portions, large menu)
Michelbob's (BBQ food right across the street from Naples airport)
Grouper and Chips (tiny mom/pop seafood place. has good pasta too)

Naples is beautiful. We just love the pier, Vanderbilt Beach, Sanibel and Captiva islands.
