I have created a 'beta edition of my IAP compilations for eBook readers
with 800x600 eInk displays. (All the Sony's, updated Kindle 1's & 2's, etc.)
The benefits:
- Much smaller file sizes; 'bout half the size.
- Smaller files = quicker downloads
- PDFs are bitmaps (render faster, but pixel-ize if you zoom)
