Hi. I'm planning to install a Dynon Efis D10A just in front of me in a quite classic style panel and in the middle of traditional A/S and ALT. Efis will be in place of traditional AG.

I will also put a second EFIS just below the first (in the middle of an ADI and VSI), in place of the traditional DG and I would operate it as a directional gyro/HSI.

I read on EFIS pilot's user manual that direction depends also on static and pitot. Since I also have in my panel a traditional A/S indicator, is it right to connect all of them to the same pitot or should I have a second pitot? In other words, will three instruments go with the same pitot pressure splitted in three?

Thank-you.

No Problem!

Pitot instruments work off of pressure, not volume. So, yes, you can hook up several ASIs to the same pitot.

Ok. So I may connect one of the EFISes to a second pitot only for redundancy and not as a necessity. Great! And thanks.
