Blakey's future

"..when she becomes the new chief of the Aerospace Industries Assn., yet another of the big lobbying groups with a stake in FAA decision-making..."
Isn't that a violation of law without a year or two delay?

All the politicians do this

I don't believe it is illegal...Its blatantly criminal, dispicable and is why Grandma pays 5 times what our Canadian cousins pay for medicines... But no not liiegal.

Wonder why?...Hmm lawmakers making the law and landing $1m a year as lobbyists just after they quit the Government.

No a perfectly fine functional system...I think I'll send my Senator a donation for the fine work they do.

The best theat money can buy for sure!

So the main cause of delays...

Airlines scheduling more flights than can possibly leave the airport. :(

So we need more money collected from GA to solve this problem!

Seems to me that we should allocate departure slots so that the airlines can't over schedule flights. If they want more flights leaving a given airport then schedule the flight at a later time.

This is getting all over the news with a lot of misrepresentations. A local radio talk show was going on and on about it yesterday and I had to turn it off because they don't understand how the system works or how GA fits into the grand scheme of things...

Ick.
