As someone who has gotten briefed (by EAA FAA Liaison guys) on MOSAIC several times a year for as long as it has been discussed, all I can tell you is that it keeps changing every time we hear about it - so my bottom line is to not fall in love (or hate) with anything you hear until it becomes at LEAST a proposed rule…..
