In searching, I found someone else that had a similar set of hard to reach rivets:

Some of the F-705D to F-705F rivets are inside the Canopy Deck channel on the QuickBuild kit. You can see photos on the post in the 9/9A forum:

If the canopy deck wasn't already there, it'd be no problem... I don't even know if I could get blind rivets in there.

Well, answering my own question here...

Surprisingly, my Tungsten bucking bar slipped right up inside the canopy deck channel to pretty easily buck the 2 sneaky rivets. Quite happy to have that behind me.
