I think I could sell this to an art dealer:

I drilled a couple of holes in the workbench (among the other multiple holes) and put two smaller diameter bolts in the top two mount holes of the motor mount. This freed me up to insert the front gear and get it into position for reaming with my 7.9mm HSS Chucking Reamer from Averys, which is the same as the 0.311 reamer called for in the plans.

You know your in trouble when your wife walks by and says "isn't that pretty". The next day, the motor mount is on the patio with a potted plant in it and water is streaming from the nose gear like a water fountain. :p
