I have an Odyssey EFIS in my RV-8a and I'm very pleased with it. Recently I was told by the fine folks at MGL out in California that there is a video connector site on the back of the EFIS where an attachment wire can be ran to a second TV screen that would show what's on the main screen. Would be ideal for RV-8s & 4s, Cubs, etc. Who has a similiar setup in their plane? I was thinking maybe an auto DVD screen would be about right. What screen has been used by others, and how did you attach it, etc? Hope to hear from you and best regards, Bill of Georgia

I am planning on adding a second screen in my 8 as well. There has been a discussion on sources of screens on mgl's users forum. Just do a search on screen in the EFIS group.... I cant remember the model numbers etc..
(mglavionicsusers.org) I am waiting to finish Phase 1 before I start tinkering again.

I answered for the most part on the MGL Users forum; but also do a search for 'LCD monitor' on this forum for more suggestions.
