I had an intermittent issue with my v10 comm. Emailed mgl, got a response they needed my address. Immediately got an email that is was shipped and a UPS tracking #.
No discussions, no negotiations, no talking that the warranty is up or it depends on the issue or is pro rated or I need to pay shipping, or send my back first etc.

A brand new comm showed up and they ask that I return the other. How great is that?

Very happy mgl customer. Happy happy. :D
 
That's great to hear being I now own a new v6, and an entire iefis challenger system, new and being installed.

Amazing

It amazes me the great products and great service we get in this hobby from most of the vendors. I have had experience with the certified companies and their level of service is usually dismal, after you pay their crazy price. Oh well. Enjoy your comm!
