My hangarmate has a Zenith 750 Cruzer with MGL avionics that have functioned perfectly for two years. After a flight yesterday the radio "X'ed" out. He has checked for a faulty circuit breaker, traced the wiring and no disconnections/breaks in continuity. Any "next steps" for him to investigate?

Start writing to tech support now even if you later find out what it is because it'll take months to get anyone at MGL who actually gives you the solution. It took me about a year and many angry emails.
