I currently have a medium pressure fuel pump -41272 on my o320 that was originally there because of the pressure carb on the plane.
I would like to change it to a low pressure pump because the ps5 carb was changed to a rotec Tbi. It is a o320a1a. I am assuming that I need to order 40295 low pressure fuel pump.
Has anybody done it? Any gotchas to consider? I see 40174 as another option for early lycomings but was not sure which one would be a better option.
