Straight to the point: Where can I get a mechanical Tachometer output for an I/o360 and does it provide a signal compatible with my vision microsystems VM1000 engine instruments. (this question intended for Reggie from Vision Micro systems web page)
Details: I am installing an electronic ignition EMAG (P model) to replace a slick mag that has a Tach output directly to VM1000. I prefer to send the tach info directly from the back of the engine instead of from the Pmag which is factory preset for 2 pulses per revolution and will require re programming to 1 pulse with an EICAD that I do not have.
