2 questions:

1) After a bunch of reading I think I'm going to get the MATCO WHLAXLE24A, which sounds like an economical and convenient solution to the axle-preload problems with the standard nosewheel installation. Has anyone here with a side-by-side 2 seat -A Model added this axle to the standard MATCO nosewheel? PIREP?

2) In the MATCO installation instructions, they say you can balance the tire if desired, and show puttnig a 3/8 rod through the wheel and setting it up on two blocks. They just say "static balance as required". (http://media1.veracart.com/matco/item_pdfs/3663/document1.pdf) . They sell lead balance weights (MSCLDWT), which I guess your'e supposed to stick somewhere to balance the wheel/tires. My question - where does one stick these weights? I've never balanced any tires before...

Put the weights along the wheel part that is perpendicular to the tire....not the other surface that the bolts go through.

I have gotten weights from motorcycle shops

Suggestion: always balance your wheel/tire assemblies.
