Folks,
Time for question again. Input will be appreciated as always.
I could not find way to mark on spinner to make precise hole for screw on back plate ( the one goes in front has only 4 nuts plate.??)
My spinner is gel coted already, so light wont work.

Any idea. I cant afford to make several hole than I need.

The method I used on an aluminum spinner for another homebuil was to slip the front bulkhead in and mark one hole center. I drilled the hole and put in a machine screw and nut to hold it while I match drilled the other three holes using a right angle drill. Then I assembled the hub and both bulkheads, slipped it into the spinner and put four machine screws in the forward bulkhead holes to hold everything in place while I match drilled the rear bulkhead holes.
