I went for Van's manual aileron spring trim when I picked up my fuselage kit. I have decided to purchase the TruTrack ADI single axis autpilot. Are these two mutually exclusive? Can you install both the manual aileron trim and the TruTrak aileron servo without having problems?

Not a problem.

I vaguely recall that I had to move the TruTrak servo forward a rivet or two from their drawing at the time (I had a very early servo kit, and I had already installed the trim).
