Is there a torque spec on mlg wheel? I'm doing inspection and redoing brakes. I have the construction manual and didn't find anything on this.
As far as the nose, I'm sending wheel assy to antisplat and having the bearing mod accomplished.

Are you talking about the axle nut or the brake caliper bolts? On the axle but, you should count the turns to take it off and put it back on the same. On the brake calipers, I use the standard AN-7 bolt torque (around 70 in/lbs IIRC).

Axle nut: (from Timken Bearings)

To adjust the setting of this bearing:
Step 1: Tighten the nut while turning the hub. When there is
a slight bind on the bearing, the parts are seated correctly.

Step 2: Back the nut off 1/6 to 1/4 of a turn or sufficiently to
allow .001” to .007“ end play.

Cleveland brake caliper specs: 65-75 in/lbs dry.

No. When you remove the 2 AN-4 bolts the caliper will split and you can remove the pads without removing the wheel.
