clean surface with alcohol and apply blue masking tape. Cheap, effective and no shipping charges.

I had a Lightspeed Ignition in my previous plane, which I later changed to a PMag. However, the Lightspeed came with a machined plate to cover the removed mag hole. I've used it when I needed to pull the mag out.

You could try Klaus... He is such a PITA that I would just use tape.

I made covers out of plywood. I’ve used them many times over the years.
